HYT Capital processes personal data only to reply to an enquiry and, if the parties agree, to open a mandate or a brokerage relationship.

The site form collects name, company, role, email, telephone and the substance of the request. A copy is kept on the firm’s desk. The note is addressed to info@hyt-capital.com.

Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties except where required by law, the regulator or market infrastructure (the exchange, the depository, a bank) to perform a mandate.
