The firm

A house for transactions that matter.

HYT Capital was established by Hayot Bank to give Uzbekistan’s corporates and institutions investment banking of an international standard — here, in Tashkent.

HYT Capital is an investment banking and capital markets advisory firm established by Hayot Bank. We advise corporations, financial institutions, investors and government-related entities on capital raising, M&A, corporate finance and strategic transactions.

Based in Tashkent, we combine international execution standards with deep local expertise across Uzbekistan and Central Asia. The firm is a licensed professional participant of the securities market — investment intermediary and investment advisor — and a member of the Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” (broker No. 77).

A letter from the CEO

Dear partners and clients,

HYT CAPITAL was created for those who expect professionalism, transparency and responsibility in the work with capital.

We work with clients for whom capital management is a serious, long-term task. That is why our approach is built on depth of expertise, personal attention and a high quality of decisions.

Our experience in the capital markets of Uzbekistan allows us not only to work effectively on the local market, but also to help foreign partners better understand its specifics, opportunities and risks. At the same time we are not limited to Uzbekistan — we are steadily widening our horizons and building our work in a broader regional and international context.

We apply the same high standards regardless of the scale of the task. What matters to us is not one-off transactions, but a long-term partnership grounded in trust. Every decision at HYT CAPITAL is taken with an understanding of the responsibility for the capital entrusted to us.

I personally guarantee that in our company you will find a team that works to a high professional standard and with respect for your interests.

Sincerely,

Abduazimkhoja Abdujabborov

CEO, HYT CAPITAL

01

Independence of judgement

Advice without a conflict. The client’s mandate outranks any neighbouring transaction in the group.

02

Execution

From appointment to close. We run the process; we do not leave it in a slide.

03

The region

The regulator, the exchange, settlement, and how deals actually close here — across Central Asia.

04

Institutional standard

Documentation, fiduciary discipline and a structure that will stand in front of an international investor.

Hayot Bank

A banking group. An investment mandate.

HYT Capital is the investment-banking firm established by Hayot Bank. That gives balance-sheet standing and a view of the real economy — without losing independent judgement on a deal.

How we work

From mandate to close.

  1. 01

    Origination

    Weeks 1–2

Scope, purpose, definition of success. Without that the transaction does not start.

  2. 02

    Structuring

    Weeks 2–6

Deal architecture, capital and the regulatory frame — for this mandate, not from a template.

  3. 03

    Negotiation

    Weeks 4–10

Parties, commercials, procedure. We keep time, and do not confuse speed with noise.

  4. 04

    Execution

    Weeks 8–16+

Documents, settlement, the obligations. A mandate ends at close, not at a press release.
