Joint venture with AD Ports Group
HYT Capital and AD Ports Group intend to build an international trade and logistics hub in Uzbekistan.
On 4 November 2026 HYT Capital and AD Ports Group — the UAE group in trade, logistics and maritime services — announced their intention to form a joint venture. The aim is to strengthen Uzbekistan’s position as a regional trade and logistics hub.
The partnership focuses on international transport corridors, modern logistics infrastructure and a national digital trade platform. For the firm it is a way to connect international expertise and capital with the country’s economic potential.
HYT Capital CEO Abduazimkhoja Abdujabborov: “We see this partnership not only as the development of logistics infrastructure, but as a way to bring international investment into Uzbekistan’s economy. Our task is to turn promising infrastructure initiatives into investable projects.”
